[MINC-users] new release 0.3.19 of minc-toolkit is available

Hello Everybody,


I have created new release of minc-toolkit , binary packages and source archive available at http://www.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/ServicesSoftware/ServicesSoftwareMincToolKit , there are numerous bug fixes and also I added binary packages for Debian 7.1 and CentOS 6.4  (very experimental at the moment). 

This release is based on latest version of libminc - soon to be released under version 2.3 

P.S. This version of minc-toolkit is installed in /ipl/quarantine/experimental/0.3.19 on the BIC systems
