[MINC-users] slice-based intensity normalization

Hi Pierre,

This is the opposite to what people usually request!

Are you sure you want slice based normalisation? or the latter?  If
the latter, then the -normalize option will do what you want.  If a
file already has slice based scaling then -nonormalize will ensure it
stays there.
