[MINC-users] EMMA tools for Cygwin

Dear All,

Is there any version of the emma tools for cygwin? The reason is that I 
have installed the tools on my machine (running Windows XP x64), and I can 
actually read a minc files in matlab using the tools, but when I come to 
writing a file using newimage, I get the following error:

Output: 'micreateimage' is not recognized as an internal or external 
command, operable program or batch file.

Please note that the path are set properly (at least I hope!).

Any help would be appreciated!
