Yes, sorry for not being clear, I used the line:

"./configure --enable-minc2 --prefix=/usr/local/neuro"

to configure, but I get the warning:

"configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --enable-minc2"

The option should be --enable-minc2.   Was this what you used?
