Oh right, I forgot (it has been 15 years - yikes!), ecattominc
converts to nCi/cc instead of the Bq/cc used by the ECAT software.
This is just due to MNI PET unit practice at the time that it was
written.

  12947.9 / 37 = 349.943

Run mincheader and you should see the units (attribute of the image
variable, I think).
