[MINC-users] compiling minc tools on ubuntu 10.10

Hello,


actually my makefile doesn't need netcdf, hdf5, netpbm and gsl. And it
compiles it's own version of cmake for  building ITK and EZminc

Note that  I updated the Makefile, so now it should create directories
automatically.
