[MINC-users] MINC and ITK

Hi Leila,

all that I'm advocating is that if you plan to add (commit) anything to ITK,
discussing the changes starts with the ITK list as much as the MINC list.

If you need help with the IJ submission, I am comfortable in both MINC and
ITK and can pitch in.
