I am using mincmorph-1.4 in BIC packages (tgz). It is the latest
mincmorph in tgz (2006). Kind of out of date. BIC cvs seems to have
a release 1.5 and more current non-released devs. Perhaps it's time
to update this package in tgz. Can you do it? Is the BIC cvs 
up-to-date?
