hi Dave,
Did you find a solution to your conversion problem? If not I can hook
you up with ITK based code i wrote during my thesis, which can use the
ITK conversion ability. However, the ITK minc converter had certain
limitations last i used it (a year ago, in fairness) and so MIPAV
might be the better solution for you. If you are still stuck though,
let me know - quicker than writing your own unless you know ITK well.
