[MINC-users] dcm2mnc: dcm not a directory

Hi Vladimir,

I guess it depends on the directory structure of the files.

I have a few animal datasets that I'm trying to process, and results vary:
michel at michel-desktop:~/data/animal/pig$ dcm2mnc PF0504/*
Checking file types...
File PF0504/00005/s_PF0504_00005_009.img appears to be DICOM (CD/Export).
Parsing 1108 files   |<--Skipping file PF0504/00005/s_PF0504_00005_000.des,
which is not in the expected format.
Skipping file PF0504/00006/s_PF0504_00006_000.des, which is not in the
expected format.
---->Skipping file PF0504/00007/s_PF0504_00007_000.des, which is not in the
