This is mainly a bug-fix release (stack smashing in mincinfo) and some
work on optimising chunking by Claude LePage. The stack smash was a
show stopper bug for mincinfo on later versions in which stack
smashing is automatically detected. (Ubunty Jaunty for example).

Jaunty packages based upon this will follow soon.
