[MINC-users] problem with nu_estimate_np_and_em

Yes, I am working with MNI. I have installed MNI-N3 v1.10, netcdf v4.0, minc
v1.5 on a windows XP system running cygwin, and I got all of them from the
MNI site.
Is there something obviously wrong because of which nu_estimate_np_and_em
doesn't seem to work?
