[MINC-users] problem with nu_estimate_np_and_em

Well, no sudo or root access for this machine. I am not up to speed on how to do a local installation from deb :-/ That's why I always compile everything myself.
I tried reverting to minc1 with the necessary packages needed by N3:
N3-1.10.1
ebtks-1.6.1
minc-1.5.1
netcdf-4.0
Everything works fine with this configuration.
Recompiled the above exchanging minc-1.5.1 with minc-2.0.16 (hdf5 is already installed system wide). Back to the same problem!

Btw I found a small typo in the configure -help info of minc-2.0.16:
--disable-minc2          enable HDF5 (MINC 2) functionality
This should probably read "disable" instead of "enable" as the default is now minc2.
