[MINC-users] mincconcat error

Hi Andrew, 

that makes sense. Thanks for the explanation. I should mincconvert the tissue slices files and then mincconcat, or will mincconcat do the conversion? 

On another note, I seem to be hitting this limit with Display as well. If I mincconcat 400 or so slices into 1 minc volume, I'm able to Display it, but not if I mincconcat 1000 of them. 

Let me look into this conversion.

Hi Michel,

Claude eluded to this but I dont think asked directly. Are these MINC1
or MINC2 files?  ie: what does:

   $ file fred.mnc

return?  the ncx_....  calls would insinuate to me that these are
netcdf (MINC 1) files. In that case I am not surprised that you are
hitting limits.
