[MINC-users] brain-view

Things were all installed in /usr/local/bic by default but I've set up
symbolic links everywhere:

/usr/local/mni -> /usr/local/bic
and
/usr/local/mni/data -> /usr/local/mni/share

so when it looks for the file it should be able to find it, no?
