Hi Marco, The brain-imaging CIVET pipeline provides the basic "standard" VBM. Other people from the BIC might have implemented the "optimized" VBM, but I'm not aware of it. Let's see if others respond to your message. If not, you can always try to implement it yourself. This would be a nice contribution to the BIC software. Claude
