[MINC-users] using EMMA: possible without Mex?

thanks for your kind reply. 

What I want is the voxel values at specific tag points, once Matlab reads the tag files, so that I can visualize these tag points in feature space.

	If all you want are the voxel values, use minctoraw and load the
raw into matlab.
