[MINC-users] mincconvert to minc2problems

Hi folks, 

not sure if I copied this correctly, so here goes... My mincconvert issue was just the result of omitting to configure minc with --enable-minc2. If one tries to mincconvert -2 without the enable, it simply produces a minc1 file.
