Hi,

You definitely cannot use hdf5 1.8.0 in minc2. The API has changed from 1.6.X
and minc2 is not compatible with the new API. I haven't tried 1.6.7, but 1.6.6
works on Linux 32 and 64 bits. As far as minc2.0.15 is concerned, there is a
known (and fixed) bug in dcm2mnc in 64 bits (will go in next release). But all
other minc tools should be expected to work in 64 bits, even on a Mac.
