Hi,

I recently installed some minc tools on a new MacBook Pro using
andrew's installers. These create a /usr/local/bic directory instead
of the "traditional" /usr/local/mni. I installed bicpl (1.4.3), mnc
(1.4), display, register, mniXautoreg (0.99.3) and Getopt-Tabular
(0.3). Everything seems to work fine except mritotal (the first
mniautoreg thing I tried). I get the following perl error message:

Can't locate MNI/Startup.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /System/Library/
Perl/5.8.6/darwin-thread-multi-2level /System/Library/Perl/5.8.6 /
Library/Perl/5.8.6/darwin-thread-multi-2level /Library/Perl/5.8.6 /
Library/Perl /Network/Library/Perl/5.8.6/darwin-thread-multi-2level /
Network/Library/Perl/5.8.6 /Network/Library/Perl /System/Library/Perl/
Extras/5.8.6/darwin-thread-multi-2level /System/Library/Perl/Extras/
5.8.6 /Library/Perl/5.8.1 .) at /usr/local/bic/bin/mritotal line 57.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/local/bic/bin/mritotal line
57.

Can someone explain what I need to fix? Given it is looking for /MNI/
Startup, I assume it is a path thing but don't have any idea where to
look or fix.

Thanks for any comments.
