[MINC-users] Regional CBF differences

I have data from CBF PET for 4 subjects, 4 scans each, all normalized into
sterotaxic space in mnc and analyze formats. Two scans were at baseline BP,
and 2 scans were done under low BP conditions. I would like to map, for
each subject, the regional changes in absolute CBF using the HBM templates
or another standard Talairach reference system. I've already done the spm
analysis, and know where the significant changes occurred. However, due to
the small number of subjects, I needed to do the spm based on relative CBF
changes, smoothed data, etc.

Thanks,
John Absher

Hi Michel,

I noticed your posts to MINC users and see a new address. It may be
old I suppose, but its been a while since we spoke. How's life in
Germany?

Cheers,

Roch
