I have some questions: is bestlinreg still "best" without all the
other things that CIVET does to make it best? And will it replace
mritotal? If so, where are the data/paper supporting that it is really
better than mritotal?
Note that I am not suggesting that we do not make it available, but I
don't think we should have two tools to do exactly the same thing; nor
should we replace a very widely used and 'standard' tool like mritotal
with something without telling the world exactly why and how it is
better.
Secondly - and this may be moot if it will replace mritotal: can we
PLEASE change the name of bestlinreg.pl, or any best* tool for that
matter, before making them publicly available?!
