[MINC-users] transformation file of mritotal

The easiest way to move between parametric transforms and the transform 
matrix is probably to use xfm2param and param2xfm.

The translation is easy: it's the last column.  Rotation is slightly 
more complicated - you can get a quick idea about it at 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transformation_matrix
