[MINC-users] New versions of a number of packages

Hi all,

A number of new releases of MINC tools have happened over the past few weeks on:

   http://packages.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/tgz/

Most of these now have debian packages but not all of them.  These
updates are primarily small changes needed to ensure that all of these
packages compile cleanly with minc2.

A big thanks to Claude (LEPAGE) of the BIC for putting a lot effort
into this in the last weeks.
