[MINC-users] Quantitative T2 Map

Hi, 

I am using the dual-echo data sets (one set from the early echo [TE1] and one 
from the late echo [TE2]) and use the following equation to get the t2 signal 
intensity:
 (TE2 - TE1)/ln (S1/S2),
where S1 and S2 represent the signal intensities for the early and late echoes 
(PDW and T2W)

But output is odd! would you please let me know where is the problem.
