Hi Flemming,
 What do you mean by viewing a volume - viewing it in a montage?
Usually you can just use getimages to fetch the data and then use reshape to reconstruct the image into the original dimensions. See http://www.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/software/emma/demos/emma1.html.
If you paste in your code it'd be easier to see where the problem is.

Hi
I have a little problem, when I want to view a hole MINV-volume in MatLab.
I use getimages to read the intire volume, but I can not come up wite a
good solution how to visualize the entire volume.
Some ideas
