[MINC-users] Display + Cygwin

A few have asked about a Display binary for Cygwin, without further ado, here is 
one:

http://packages.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/cygwin/Display-cygwin-binary-2005-03-01.exe.gz

For this to work (unlike register) you will have to also have Cygwin-X 
installed. There are few problems with the windows version of GLUT that prevetn 
direct linking.  I may work on these, but in the end this may be the better 
solution.

For those who wish to compile themselves, Display 1.4.0

    http://packages.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/tgz/Display-1.4.0.tar.gz

and a simple:

    ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/mni \
       --with-build-path=/usr/X11R6:/usr/local/mni
    make
    make install

seems to work.
