[MINC-users] glut

Hi Atsuko,

If you need it, I've placed a copy of the glut32.dll I use on my Windows
XP system in my directory:

~bert/tmp/glut32.dll

This should work with the precompiled versions of Register and Display
from packages.bic.mni.mcgill.ca
