[MINC-users] DEPICT read minc?

Hi Bert,

Dr. Gunn was kind enough to send me the file I needed:
DEPICT_read_minc.m

Basically, it uses EMMA's miinquire and mireadimages to get the image
data into a struct that DEPICT can then process. I'm having some
problems, though, related to the rest of the code being rather
hard-coded to Analyze. In fact the MINC reading seems not to be
functional as it is (perhaps written for an earlier version of EMMA), so
I'm looking into what I need to change. I'm also still struggling with
the exact format of the input file, so no parametric images yet!
