Yasunari,

You can safely ignore this test error, mni_perlib still contains some very MNI
centric code.  In this case code that wrapped up the UCSF batch system that was
running some time ago.  Ideally this code should be removed, but I think
sleeping dogs have been left to lie.

In other words: mni_perllib has a hidden dependency on a working install of UCSF
batch!
