Hi Catherine,

You would want to install the core MINC package. The source distribution
is available here:

http://www.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/software/distribution/packages/minc-1.3.tar.gz

It should compile and build on most UNIX, Linux, or Mac OS X platforms.

You will need to install the netCDF package. It is available from our
website here:

http://www.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/software/distribution/packages/netcdf-3.5.0.tar.gz

Binary versions of these are available if you prefer. If you have any
other questions, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.
