[MINC-users] Compile the minc librairies to work on Windows

Hi Julie,

This is something I plan to release with MINC 1.4 and other future MINC
releases.  In the meantime, the link Andrew gave is probably your best
option.

Which parts of MINC do you plan to use on Windows?  What applications will
you be running?
