We want to reduce head motion between runs. We need to Talairach each
individual run. We were doing this by first aligning it to the anatomical
using MRITOSELF and then applying the Talaraich transform matrix from
MRITOTAL. However for some subjects we get:

Error in /usr/local/mni/bin/minctracc in file init_params.c, line 962

Cannot calculate the COG of volume 1

.mritoself: crashed while running minctracc (exit status=65280)

Does anybody know why would be getting this error? Also, is there a better
way to Talaraich each of the runs without MRITOSELF?
