[MINC-users] MNI Display

I am using the Windows version of MNI Display. My question has to do with
segmentation of MRI slices. When I segment a slice, and for example, have
more than one label (a green label or red label with separate voxel values
and separate areas), once I save that slice, and at a later date re-open
that slice, now the two separate labels and associated separate voxel and
area values are now combined into one label (default red) and one combined
voxel and area value. I understand that the Linux version does not do this.
Is this a problem with the Windows version or am I doing something
incorrect? Thanks.
