[MINC-users] new minc 2.0 beta

Hi everyone,

A new MINC 2.0 beta release is available for all interested parties.  This
is build 2.0.07.

This release fixes several data portability issues between big-endian
and little-endian machines.  All existing MINC 2.0 format files _should_
be readable in the new library.
