[MINC-users] EBTKS not found when configuring N3

I tried this aswell:
[root@eclipse N3-1.07]#> ./configure --prefix=/opt/N3/mni
--with-build-path=/usr/local:/opt/N3 CXX=CC CC=c89 F90=f90 F77=f77
make=maketool
