[MINC-users] help with creating mnc file

Hello,
I am trying to create two minc files by using vtkImageData and =
vtkMINCWriter and apply these minc files to a registration program. Both =
files can be read and displayed, but cannot be registered by the =
registration program. Any other mnc file which is derived from the real =
raw image data can be registered with this registration program. This =
registration program is based on ANIMAL algorithm from MNI. I think it's =
the problem with the minc file I created, but not with the registration =
program.
If anyone met this kind of problem before or has some suggestions, could =
you please help me?
