Hello,

mincmask belongs, as far as I know, in Louis Collins' personal
mincstuff and I'm not sure if it ever migrated officially into the
minc distribution - just checked and it isn't there.

Anyway, you could invert your mask with 'mincmath -not in.mnc out.mnc'
