This will work if you have *.dcm files for a single series in a folder=20=
and the *.dcm files are named in the appropriate sequential order. Many=20=
indexing databases (such as the Oldenburg CTN) assigns random names to=20=
files, so they are concatenated correctly by dicom_to_minc. Using the=20
mklinks2 utility can help with the filename problem (as outlined on the=20=
(x)medcon website) but then, if you have a "smart" PACS that saves=20
space by concatenating different sequences into a single DICOM series,=20=
dicom_to_minc will not parse these correctly.
