[MINC-users] Java and MINC

I was wondering how difficult would it be importing minc files into a 
java program. Did anyone attempted developing minc bindings in java?

I noticed there is a NETCDF package for java.  I am not sure how much 
help that would be.

I would greatly appreciate any information and ideas.
