[MINC-development] organization of the minc web site

I'm +1 for a wiki (github or otherwise).

I'd just like to add that I hope that old scripts/docs hidden on the minc
wiki can be harvested and put somewhere (for example
http://www.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/ServicesSoftware/CenterMncOrigin which I found
yesterday)
