[MINC-development] uniting libvolume_io2 with libminc2

Hello Everybody,


could it be feasible to have a single libminc2 library, which will
include both volume_io2 and minc2 functions? I already added an option
to minc_lite branch to have them integrated, but does anybody actually
need a separate volume_io library?
