While you are here 2 things:

1. You may or may not have noticed that MINC is now libminc and minc-tools,
this was for integration into ITK.

2. As part of the ITK thing, there is now a parallel cmake build of
MINC/minc-tools. I have been reading up what I can on this and it would
seem that this is now OK to build for Debian. Given that you are the MINC
debian package maintainer, what's your thoughts on us shifting to cmake for
build?
