BTW, at this juncture I should point out that there are now two
"official" build systems for MINC autoconf and cmake. Vlad has put a
lot of work into cmake so that things work for MINC+ITK.
I am still maintaining the autoconf builds.

If there is something wrong with either of them you know who to bug now.
