Hello,

looks like you found a bug.

You can disable building this thing by setting 
LIBMINC_BUILD_EZMINC_EXAMPLES to OFF

i.e -DLIBMINC_BUILD_EZMINC_EXAMPLES=OFF

what version of CMake is included in this version of Ubuntu ?
