Nope, they have to be made with nroff from the .man1 files.

Something like this if cmake doesn't have a built-in rule:

   nroff -man progs/mincmath/mincmath.man1 >
$prefix/share/man/man1/mincmath.man1

Much the same for some perl programs in there but they use pod2man.
