[MINC-development] MINC2 programming tutorial

Available on Andrew's minc wikibook thingy. Comments and suggestions are 
very welcome, though of course anyone can modify those pages too. I'm 
also interested in suggestions for further topics that should be covered 
in that tutorial series.
