[MINC-development] nu-correct produces incorrect results, sometimes

Problem solved (partially):

Actually problem is not with nu_correct , but with mincreshape -float
somehow makes things bad:

mincreshape -float .

And my nu_correct script was doing just that - converting to float and
running nu_correct
