[MINC-development] nu-correct produces incorrect results, sometimes

Hello All,

I came across a minc file which breaks nu_correct 1.10.1 in a sense
that it increases nonuniformity. See  pictures at
http://www.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/~vfonov/broken_nuc/ ,  or take a look at
files in /data/scratch/scratch1/broken_nuc/
