[MINC-development] rawtominc with float data

Hi everyone,

I am just wondering if any of you could clarify the following.

My understanding of rawtominc with float data is,

-scan_range is ignored with float data.

-there should not be any slice scaling.

However, I see that rawtominc creates slice scaling with float data
(-float -ofloat)
